Create a Profile
Enter your email and phone number to sign up. Next, create a profile page and customize it to showcase your personality.
Search by club name, zip code or city. You can also filter by table size, location, age and gender preference.
Book a Seat
Book one, two ore more seats. Wait for other partygoers to join. Once the table seat requirments have been filled you will recieve a confirmation. Lastly, follow your host's instructions to meet up!
First, sign up by using your email and phone and create a profile. Next, begin searching for tables by clicking on the search field on the top bar. You can filter by city, table size, and seats available. Choose your favorite table and select the number of seats you want to book. Last, click on Book to complete your payment and secure your spot (s).
No, only one person of the group requires a profile. That person can book additional seats for everyone at their party. The number of seats you book has to match the number of people in your group. Once you book, the listing will show you as attending with a +1,+2, etc. above your profile icon.
There are a lot of unspoken rules in the nightclub scene so, if this is your first time booking bottle service, don't worry we got you covered. We created a "VIP Sharing Etiquette" guide to ensure everyone who books a seat through HICLAAS can have a fun and fair experience. Once you book you will receive a link to the guide via email or you can also check it out the at the bottom of our page. Please read it and keep it in mind when sharing bottle service with others. Be respectfull and mindful of others.
Partygoers can cancel up to 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund. If you book a seat within 24 hours of the event start time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if the table does not meet the requested amount of seats by the host, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the host's cancellation policy.
Bummer, there is no way for us to predict a flaky host but we understand this may happen. However, we have implemented measures making it harder for the host to not fulfill his end of the deal (hosting ban) Don't worry, if a host does not show you will receive a full refund.
No, at this time all bookings are accepted automatically.
They have up to 12 hours prior to the event to fill their seats. Once that time has been reached, the Host must either cancel the event or continue hosting.
It depends on what the host has decided. They have two options:
1. Cancel the event and refund the money back to all the Partygoers who booked a seat.
2. Continue with reservation and only cost-share with those who booked seats.
